Nikitas Koulianos, Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern at Boundless Hope Christian Clinical Counseling in Florida and Certified Wellness Coach

Are you the man others rely on to stay strong, capable, and in control, while feeling unsure where your own stress, anger, or exhaustion is allowed to go?

Are you an athlete who performs well under pressure, yet finds the demands of training, competition, and recovery quietly impacting your identity, relationships, or emotional well-being?

Are you a high-stress professional who functions effectively in demanding environments, but struggles to process the cumulative weight of responsibility, loss, or chronic stress?

Hi, I am Nikitas, and offer thorough, individualized counseling to clients across all walks of life and presenting concerns, with significant experience addressing anxiety, ADHD, depression, PTSD, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship stresses, identity and meaning, sex addiction, and the everyday weight of being human.

I have a particular passion for working with athletes, first responders, military and tactical personnel, and others who live and serve in high-stress, high-performance environments. The pressures these individuals carry — physical, psychological, and relational — are unique, and I bring both clinical depth and performance-informed insight to support them well. That said, this passion is one part of a broader practice; I welcome and serve clients from all populations and backgrounds.

I provide counseling for men, women, teens, athletes, and high-performing professionals. My therapeutic approach is integrative and rooted in evidence-based practice. At its core, it is person-centered: you are the expert on your own life, and your voice, your goals, and your pace guide our work together. Within that framework, I draw on cognitive behavioral therapy to help identify and reshape the thought patterns that shape emotion and behavior; existential approaches for the deeper questions of love, loss, meaning, and the search for self; principles that cultivate both empathy and the resilience needed to keep going when life is hardest.

For clients who desire it, I also offer Christian counseling that thoughtfully integrates faith with clinical practice. This is always offered at the client's invitation and never imposed—your beliefs, values, and worldview are honored as central to who you are and how healing unfolds for you.

If you are ready to begin — or simply curious whether we might be a good fit — I invite you to reach out. Let's take the first step together.
