Kurt Robbins, Intern in Florida
Do you feel overwhelmed by expectations from family, school, faith, or yourself? Are you unsure how to keep going without burning out?
Are you carrying anxiety, pressure, or sadness that feels hard to explain, even to the people who care about you most?
Do you ever wonder who you are becoming, or feel stuck between who you think you should be and who you actually are right now?
Hey there! My name is Kurt Robbins and it would be my honor to serve as a partner to guide you through feelings and thoughts like the ones above. I want to help people find the strength within themselves to overcome even the darkest of times and the hardest of circumstances. I believe God can transform your life and offer healing in any situation.
I embrace the hope offered in Romans 8:18, which reminds us that our present suffering does not define our future. Growth and restoration are possible even in the midst of pain and uncertainty. If you are someone who is unsure about the impact counseling can have in your life, I encourage you to take a step of faith and reach out for a FREE 15-minute phone consultation. I would love this opportunity to learn a bit about you and share how Christian counseling can help you honor the Lord with your life and make the most out of this sacred time we get on Earth.
I strive to provide individuals with a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, be heard, and find comfort and clarity when your inner world feels heavy or unsettled. I believe meaningful healing often begins when we experience care and consolation in the places where anxiety has taken root. I am especially passionate about coming alongside teens and young adults. It is a privilege to walk alongside others as they grow in strength, resilience, and purpose during this important season of life.
I personally find such wisdom in God’s Word and am eager to incorporate it into counseling sessions when my clients desire. I pray that each of my clients experience the overwhelming joy that comes from Christ. However, although my faith shapes my values and approach to counseling, I welcome clients from all backgrounds and belief systems. Therapy really can help anyone grow and pursue life to the full.
