Josh Bonner, Intern in Florida
I am in alongsider to help assist the growth, healing, and empowerment journey of the client like a holy spirit assistant I love being a part of someone's healing and growth in my pastoral counsley role I help save a marriage I LOVE helping men overcome. If there is a man struggling with anxiety marital crises shame or any other issue I love stepping into the gap in those moments. My friends say I have a gift of making men cry ; ) teen boys, individual adult male, marriages and families. Also doing sexual addiction work with men.
My passion lies in supporting people across the lifespan. From early childhood through later adulthood, I’m especially drawn to the in-between spaces, those deeply human moments when we’re no longer who we once were, and not yet who we’re becoming. Whether you’re a young child learning to express big emotions, a teen working through identity, or an adult re-imagining life after loss or transition, I aim to offer a space where you can feel safe, heard, and grounded.
My counseling style is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, gently attuned to both the clinical and emotional needs of each individual. Whether you prefer to incorporate faith into the counseling process or would like a more neutral space, I will always honor your story and respect your pace. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and walk beside you toward a version of healing that feels authentic and sustainable for your life.
Outside the counseling room, I’m a newlywed, youth ministry leader, and writer with a heart for developmental psychology, soulful reflection, and integrative care. I find joy in quiet mornings, meaningful conversations, and helping people reconnect with what truly matters. No matter your age or stage of life, I believe your story deserves to be met with gentleness, clarity, and care. I would be honored to walk with you.
