Hi. My name is Cindy Garafolo. I have been married to my husband, Jonathan, for almost 30 years and have raised three children. I am passionate about seeing God’s redemptive healing in relationships. Working with successful partners to overcome the damage caused by addiction, rebuild trust, and reignite their marriages is my heart’s work. I work hard and I play hard. When you are ready to work and heal through the pain you find yourself buried under, I am here.

People often come to therapy feeling hopeless, frustrated, or unsure of the next steps. With commitment to hard and honest work, they don’t leave with the marriage, family dynamic, or emotional stability they once lost—they leave with something new, healthier, and stronger.

I believe in empowering people to discover their passion and fulfill their God-given calling. In therapy, you can expect me to partner with you. I provide support, encouragement, and practical tools to help you become a healthier version of yourself. I won’t leave you stuck. We will work hard and move through and beyond the pain you feel right now.

I also love supporting and challenging teens, and adults make the life they want to live. Whether you overthink, feel paralyzed in what if? and doubt, or can’t seem to find joy in much of anything anymore, together we will share a safe, supportive space for healing and growth. I work with families, parents, and children to stop the yelling, find the negotiables and non-negotiables for your family, and foster a peaceful, respectful home environment.

I integrate Emotional Intelligence skills to help clients of all ages understand and manage their emotions, not their emotions managing them. Developing self-awareness and healthy coping strategies can transform marriages, family relationships, friendships, and personal wellbeing. I am solution-focused and will help you set and achieve goals—both large and small. Again, work hard. Enjoy the results. Play hard.
