Jess Osborn, Counselor in Florida

Hi!  I'm Jess Osborn. I am passionate about helping people find balance, healing, and health in their everyday lives.  Do you want a therapist who is dedicated to walking alongside you, combining knowledge and skills to create solutions to the challenges you're facing? Look no further! I value a holistic approach to health because I believe that mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health all play a role in shaping who we are and influencing how we respond to daily life situations.

No eye has seen no ear has hear and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love him

As a therapist, I am a helper and trail guide to assist children, teens, and adults in navigating:

  • Grief

  • Trauma

  • Codependency and recovery

  • Anxiety and depression

  • Physical, emotional, relational, and sexual health

I work with youth and families that are bridging communication gaps, building healthy patterns of interaction, and establishing boundaries that enable everyone in the home to thrive. I also enjoy equipping couples with healthy communication and conflict-resolution skills. A good therapeutic relationship is made of trust, authenticity, and goal-oriented communication. I would consider it a joy to serve you and collaborate with you on your way toward restoring a steady way of life.

If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change
