Brianna Brandon, Counselor in Florida

Brianna Brandon, Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern at Boundless Hope Christian Counseling in Florida

I am so honored to meet you! My name is Brianna Brandon, but you can call me “Bri” for short. I want to first start off by congratulating you on your courageous step of seeking out counseling. I am so proud of you for showing up – right here, right now, in this very moment, unapologetically yourself. This first step of exploration of wondering if counseling is the right choice for you is huge, and I want to emphasize the beauty + strength that is embodied within that act of faith.

You are right where you are supposed to be, and I count it an honor to be considered to bear witness to the journey of healing you are about to embark on. I am a therapist because I believe in trekking through the trenches with wounded warriors. Through experience + education, I am humbled to have answered the God-given call to care for the souls that have been scarred by anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, chronic pain + illness, church hurt + religious trauma, caregiver burnout, for the souls seeking solace from relationship struggles, guilt + shame, burn-out, childhood trauma, for the souls seeking safety by building boundaries, overcoming everyday struggles, and for the souls searching for wholeness in their identity, their faith, and their life.

As a therapist, I care deeply about the trials + tribulations that you have trudged through. My heart is to partner together with you as we search for the meaning + mending of the pain that you have experienced. With deep empathy, attentive listening ears, eyes that see through the lenses of grace, and hands ready to hold the weight of your story, I promise you a space of safety, of sanctuary, of healing, a space where you can authentically show up unapologetically yourself, and a space where your soul + mind + body can finally exhale.

Can anything ever separate us from the love of God?

Primary Therapeutic Approaches

As you continue to seek out the right professional care for you, I want to encourage you with these truths for you to hold close to your heart:

  • You are not the trauma that happened to you.

  • You are not your pain.

  • You are not your diagnosis.

  • You are not your past.

  • You are not what they said about you.

  • You are not too much.

  • You are not too little.

  • You are allowed to take up space in this world.

  • You are worthy.

  • You are valuable.

  • You are needed.

  • You were made with purpose, on purpose, and for a purpose.

  • And you are fiercely LOVED.

Come unmasked. Come unfiltered. Come imperfect. Come exactly how you are, unapologetically yourself.
