Jane Wolowski, Intern in Florida
Are you feeling unsteady as you navigate a life transition?
Do you struggle with emotional regulation and wonder how to build greater resilience in the face of stress?
Are you seeking integrative, faith-based counseling to process grief, trauma, or anxiety?
Hello, I’m Jane Wolowski and I would treasure the opportunity to support you with warmth, developmental insight, and emotional tools rooted in both research and faith. I believe healing begins in the presence of safety, kindness, and connection. Whether you’re navigating identity questions or spiritual burnout, you don’t have to do it alone. It’s sacred privilege to walk with individuals through seasons of change and growth, meeting each stage of development with care and curiosity.
My greatest aspiration is to help people discover the beauty of healthy boundaries, cultivate self-compassion, and grow a deeper desire for a relationship with God. In my therapeutic relationships, I see myself as a listener and vessel. My passion lies in supporting people across the lifespan. From early childhood through later adulthood, I’m especially drawn to the in-between spaces, those deeply human moments when we’re no longer who we once were, and not yet who we’re becoming. Whether you’re a young child learning to express big emotions, a teen working through identity, or an adult re-imagining life after loss or transition, I aim to offer a space where you can feel safe, heard, and grounded.
My counseling style is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, gently attuned to both the clinical and emotional needs of each individual. Whether you prefer to incorporate faith into the counseling process or would like a more neutral space, I will always honor your story and respect your pace. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, while guiding you toward a version of healing that feels authentic, life-giving and sustainable for you.
Outside the counseling room, I’m a newlywed, youth ministry leader, and writer with a heart for developmental psychology, soulful reflection, and integrative support. I find joy in quiet mornings, meaningful conversations, and helping people reconnect with what truly matters. No matter a person’s age or stage of life, I believe our stories deserve to be met with gentleness, clarity, and care. I hope you’ll reach out and share your story.
