Camilla Mason, Intern in Florida

Hello there, I'm Camilla Mason, and I'm truly excited to connect with you. My passion is helping individuals who are on a journey to increase their quality of life. I am particularly interested in achieving this by changing how the body responds to and gets activated by triggers.

My clients are those brave souls who have faced challenging traumatic childhood experiences that continue to cast a shadow on their lives. As your therapist, I'm here to support you if you grapple with issues related to self-identity, anxiety, coping mechanisms that aren't serving you well, emotional ups and downs, difficulties in relationships, or simply feeling lost without a clear direction in life.

I specialize in several areas, including helping individuals heal from painful childhood experiences, addressing unique challenges faced by Black/African-American women, exploring the mind-body-spirit connections, and guiding the process of healing past wounds. I utilize many types of therapy, such as EMDR, on our therapeutic journey together.

My primary goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where you can be certain that your tears won't go unnoticed. Instead, they will fall on fertile ground, and together, we'll nurture them into something truly beautiful. I want you to know that this is a safe haven for your pain to be released and for the spark of hope to be reignited. I'm committed to tailoring your counseling sessions to meet your unique needs. So, let's embark on this path of healing and growth together—it's an honor to be a part of your journey.

May we never forget that the path to live is narrow and difficult. So difficult that it is impossible for us to walk it in our own strength Billy Graham
